WHAT IS "REMOTE" COACHING? Remote coaching is joining the Kova Sports family from a far. Whether you can't come in house because you live in a different state or the drive is too far for daily training, we bring our training to you via the Kova Sports App!
IS THE PROGRAM CUSTOMIZED? Your throwing program is fully custom to you and your needs. We look at your goals, age, and skill, and do a full mechanical break down.
DOES KOVA REMOTE DO REHAB? Yes, Check out our Return to Performance page and apply through there!
WHAT AGE DOES KOVA WORK WITH? We exclusively work with ages 14 and up.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED ACCESS TO? You will at minimum need J-Bands and plyo balls. Oates Specialties water bag is highly advised as well.
DOES REMOTE COACHING COME WITH STRENGTH TRAINING? Yes, Strength and conditioning is included in the price of remote training.
